1.2. Through our website and mobile app, we facilitate the sale of a wide variety of snacks, sweets, and festive products. These terms apply to all users (“you”, “your”) who use our platform or make purchases on Nutkhut Sweets.

1.3. This Policy outlines the terms for cancellations, returns, and refunds. By using our services, you agree to these conditions. The full Terms & Conditions of Nutkhut Sweets are to be read alongside this policy.

2. APPLICABILITY OF POLICY

2.1. By purchasing any product on Nutkhut Sweets, you accept the terms of this policy. If you disagree, kindly do not proceed with the transaction.

2.2. We may revise this policy from time to time. Please review it periodically before using the site.

3. CANCELLATION TERMS

3.1. You can cancel your order at any time before dispatch. Once dispatched, cancellation depends on the delivery status. If already in transit, contact customer care and reject the delivery upon arrival.

3.2. Cancellation methods:

• Go to ‘My Orders’ and select the order for cancellation

• Call our customer care number

• Use any other method we inform you about

3.3. Once your cancellation is confirmed, refunds (if prepaid) will be initiated within 24 hours.

4. RETURN & REFUND TERMS

4.1. Return eligibility is defined in Annexure A (based on product types and return timelines).

4.2. Always inspect the packaging at delivery. Do not accept tampered or damaged parcels — such acceptance will void return claims.

4.3. To initiate a return:

• Go to ‘Orders’ → Select ‘Log a Complaint’

• Mention issue details

• Upload images or short videos (max 60 sec/2MB)

• Our team may assess damage via physical inspection

4.4. Post-verification, we’ll determine return eligibility and process it accordingly.

4.5. Refunds are processed within 1 business day after defect verification and will be credited either to:

• Original payment mode

• Wallet on Nutkhut Sweets (as opted)

4.6. For Cash on Delivery orders:

• If sold via a third-party seller: Refund to your bank account

• If sold by Pmjv: Refund to your Nutkhut Wallet
  Note: No cash refunds will be provided.

4.7. Refunds typically reflect within 15 business days, depending on your bank/payment provider.
